What to Look for When Buying Glyconutrients
If you are looking for glyconutrients supplements for yourself or your
family or friends then the first place to look would be to check the
local health food stores and product distributors as well.  You need to
keep in mind that some of these supplements may or may not contain all
of the essential eight nutrients that are part of the glyconutrients.
For example, some of these supplements on the market today only contain a
certain glyconutrient such as glucosamine which only provide joint
relief.  You need to find the ones that contain all eight so your body
will have work less in trying to replace the missing nutrients.

When purchasing glyconutrients be sure to look for the glyconutrients
supplements that contain as many of the primary eight nutrients as
possible.  You want to be sure that the supplement that you purchase has an
adequate level of these nutrients for optimal benefits as trace amounts
are not worth it.  They do not provide your body with what it needs.
You want to check to be sure that they are of high quality and that the
products contain stabilized and standardized glyconutrients that are
made strictly from plant sources. Anything less then what is mentioned
above will not give you the benefits that you are seeking.

When in doubt compare products and see what the daily recommended
allowance is for these essential nutrients.  Once you know what your body
should have daily you can base your purchase on which brands carry more
of what you want.  As with any type of treatment or addition of
supplements, be sure to check with your doctor to be sure that you are doing
what is right for your body, especially if you suffer from certain
illnesses or diseases.

What Makes Up Glyconutrients?
Almost everyone has heard of the great discovery of glyconutrients.
They are not in the vitamin or mineral category but are actually vital
nutrients that a body requires to be healthy and to ward off diseases and
illnesses.  So what exactly is in these glyconutrients?  Let’s take a
look at some of the natural sources of this wonder nutrient.

Japan and china have used the medicinal properties of mushrooms and
fungi for many centuries and with great results.  The reason for this is
that they contain galactose, mannose and glucose which are well known
for boosting the immune system.  Mushrooms also contain a lintinant which
is a polysaccharide containing beta-glucans and this is known for
stimulating your white blood cells.  It enables your white blood cells to
consume intruders and to detoxify the body

Certain saps and gums such as the ones from the African acacia tree
contain arabinose, rahmnose, galactose, and glucuronic acid. Gum acacia
has been known to promote an irritated gastrointestinal mucosa and
respiratory tract tissue into healing.  It will also improve the body’s
beneficial intestinal flora.

Some of the other natural glyconutrients that you can find would be
Astragalus gummifer, Seaweed - Undaria pinnatifida, Echinacea and Aloe
Vera.  So you can see that there are many natural ways to get the benefits
of glyconutrients.  There are many companies that offer glyconutrient
supplements which are considered to be generally safe and non-toxic. Be
sure to consult your doctor before starting any type of treatment.
You want to be sure that you are doing what is right for your particular
condition.  Together, you and your doctor will decide what is best for
you.  Be sure to show him the benefits that people have had since they
have been using glyconutrients.

What Are Glyconutrients?
Glyconutrients is perhaps one of the most important findings for the
human race in the last 100 years.  For as long as we can all remember
medicine and science have been trying to understand how all of the body
parts communicate with one another so every part functions as it should.
A good example of this is to take a look at your digestive system.
How does it know what nutrients the body needs and what ones it doesn’t?
It absorbs what the body needs and nothing more.

Well the mystery has been solved and the answer is glyconutrients.
This has been proven to be one of the most important breakthroughs in the
history of medicine.  That code has now been broken.  This role is
undertaken by glyconutrients.  Researchers proclaim it to be the most
important discovery in the history of medicine.

So you want to know what glyconutrients are, well they are mainly plant
carbohydrates. Even though there are over 200 that are out there,
there are only 8 that are really needed for bodily function.  These 8
glyconutrients are: glucose, mannose, fucose, xylose, galactose,
N-acetylneuraminic acid, N-acetygalactosamine, and N-acetyglucosamine.
Glyconutrients are one of the main items that make the communication
for cells more effective and they also promote proper function for the
cells.

The glyconutrients are not classified as vitamins or minerals, enzymes
or amino acids as they are made into a nutritional supplement that
comes from plants.  Every cell in the human body needs or requires these
glyconutrients so it is important to provide them to you body for optimum
performance.  Many people are not aware that their bodies need and
maybe even crave these nutrients for the best performance so it comes as
no surprise that people suffer from various illnesses.  It has been
proven that by using these nutrients it can help to deal with certain
illnesses and diseases.

What Are Glyconutrients Good For?
Despite what many people think, glyconutrients are not and have never
been minerals, vitamins, minerals, enzymes or amino.  They are actually
in there own little click or class if you will as they are nutritional
supplements that come from plants.  Let’s face it we all know that
healthy cell means you will have healthy tissue and having healthy tissue
will lead to having healthy organs and lastly, healthy organs will lead
you to having a healthy body.  There are more than 500 trillion cells
in ones body and each and every one of them needs glyconutrients.

It is amazing at how much the public and even the doctors are becoming
more and more aware of why it is important to keep up good health and
maintain a healthy body.  So it goes without saying that people are
noticing that their bodies need and even crave the glyconutrients.  No
matter how good the homeopathic medicines and doctors are, they can’t
compete against the ever growing auto-immune deficiency diseases,
degenerative diseases and cancer.

With any luck the glyconutrients will become a part of everyone’s daily
regimen and will be used as a standard way of treating such illnesses.
By using glyconutrients you get at the root of the problem rather then
only treating just the symptoms.  It is much better to treat the
underlying conditions as by treating only the symptoms, you are not really
helping that person at all.

Yes, glyconutrients are important for proper health for you r body but
do not make the mistake that they are all you need to be healthy.  Be
sure to keep up with regular exercise and eat healthy by maintaining a
proper diet.  Your body will thank you for your effort in the long run
as you will be healthier and happier and will live longer.

Glyconutrients History and More
Glyconutrients were discovered during the 1980’s. It is rather
interesting that it started out as research into the active ingredient in Aloe
Vera. When the active ingredient was discovered several years later and
determined to be a carbohydrate. Not just any carbohydrate but mannose
in a complex molecular structure, the reason for this was the Mannose
had to be stabilized which required it to bond to something else in
order to remain stable.  This was the first step in discovering that
Glyconutrients played an important part in the communication and function of
the body on a cellular level.

If you ...
